My OH went on a holiday without me and now has returned with covid.
I am a cyclist and need to train v hard over the next few weeks to be ready to race.
What should I do? Should I go to a hotel & make him pay?

Even if you're not a pro if you've trained for a big race, getting ill would be a disaster

Yeah send him to a hotel, I'm sure he'll be absolutely thrilled, I know I would be.

Find the nicest, most expensive hotel in your area, check in full board and yes definitely make sure he covers the cost , plus compensation for the inconvenience. How selfish of him.

I totally get why you’re upset and annoyed but you could catch covid from anywhere and so could he. Sounds like you more want to punish him in some way for going on holiday without you as not sure why that was mentioned or why it matters where he caught it from. Surely you don’t expect him to never leave the house until you’ve done your race?

So yes, go to a hotel if you want to or ask him to isolate to one room if possible but he shouldn’t have to pay for you unless he purposely set out to catch covid just to spite you and there’s more of a back story to this…
