End of relationship because of anxiety

Looking to read some experiences.

Have you ever ended a relationship due to your own anxiety (not your partner’s fault)

  • how did you make the decision?
  • any regrets?
Or

Have you even been rejected due to your partner’s anxiety?

  • how did you know anxiety was the reason?
  • how did you handle the break up?

When's your deadline?

I have relationship anxiety. Not his fault at all but sometimes in my head I think it is just better to end things now and be done with it. I then sleep on it and realise how stupid it would be to give up the best relationship of my life over something I only feel sometimes.

You go first.

Thank you and good for you for hanging there and letting it pass...
