Finalising my plan to separate and just wondering if there is anyone who has had to leave the fanily home because you know he won't. I was planning on taking the kids and going to my sisters on Saturday and going back to tell him we will be staying there. I will offer him 50/50 but I can't get my head around how the first few weeks will work? Will we go straight into a custody schedule or be flexible for a bit? It all feels so messy I'm struggling with it.
I don't want to be accused of taking the kids away from him.
