Divorce lawyer - do they respond?

I don’t know if I’m being unreasonable here so eager for help. I have a conditional order and trying to apply for final order. I went to mediation and we agreed a financial settlement. I sent this to my lawyer almost a month ago with the requested £1k to draft the financial order (on top of the £1,750 for the entire divorce) and finalise divorce. Despite chasing many many times in the last month, I only had one response two weeks ago to tell me she had been experiencing personal issues and expected to do it the next day. Since then, I’ve heard nothing - and am chasing a few times a week. One month - surely this is now unreasonable? AIBU to request refund and go elsewhere now?

I would email practice partners and invite their comments and ask for their plan to resolve your case.

Thanks for this, sounds like a good idea.
