Feel like there’s no spark

Me and my boyfriend have 1 year old DS. That did kind of dull the spark just due to sleep deprivation and general being busy, life etc. by the time we sit down we’re too tired to have sex

but recently I don’t know if it’s because it’s my week off the pill (lol) my boyfriend is really irritating me. Just constantly winding me up on purpose, his least favourite traits of mine shining through. When he irritates me like this I don’t feel like having sex with him at all

is there no spark? I don’t know is this normal and just hormones because I have to be on hormonal contraception and we’re busy parents but wow my sex drive really hasn’t returned since having ds

It's really normal to feel like this with babies and very young children. You are knackered and stressed and annoying each other.

Unless there's anything massive you're leaving out I'd just prioritise getting some rest, some time alone and organise a babysitter for some date nights as cheesy as that sounds.
