What type of therapy

Hi, I'm looking for some advice regarding what type of therapist/counselling I should look into.
I've been with husband 21 years since we were at school. We have 4 kids. I've recently found out he's been unfaithful again and I can't move past it but I need help to become mentally strong to leave him. I genuinely love him and can't imagine life without him but know this time I need to.
He was my support and he was my best friend. I'm heartbroken.
Prior to this I wouldn't dream of getting help as I'm a very private person and find it difficult to open up to anyone (I haven't told a single person about this yet) but I don't know how to progress and feel hysterical at the thought. Any advice on therapy types would be really appreciated as there seems to be so many on offer.
