Support for children

My husband is poorly and has been for some time.
My children are at Uni and I’m concerned that the staff are not aware. I’m sure they won’t have said anything at all to their tutors.

Should I advise the Uni’s myself ( in a confidential capacity ) I know in an ideal world they might say something themselves but I know ( after significant experience in this area ) they often don’t. They just don’t know what to say and I do not want them to feel unsupported in their equivalent ‘workplace’.

Im obviously in regular contact with them but nothing beats looking into their eyes to see how they are truly coping. Their tutor would be able to do this.

Thanks for your advice.
