Does your BF/husband play games? If they do, how much gaming time is too much in your opinion?

My boyfriend is an enthusiastic gamer. He has a PS5, Xbox and a Switch. He spends around 4 hours a night on his games. I would say it's probably his primary hobby. He also spends a lot of money on the games to the point where they are piled up in boxes and drawers around the house. When I suggest he should get rid of some of them, he says he can't because he'll "miss them too much". I am wondering if he has a problem. We currently have no children but I have to say, I don't know if he would be able to suddenly stop playing his games if we had a baby. He says he could but I have my doubts.

Get him addicted to skyrim you can save and pause whenever you want.

I do love that game. I game too, but I'll play it for a few days, and then leave it for ages. I game periodically.

We both play, sometimes together, not every night so neither of us is a serious gamer as you describe OP. Maybe a few hours a week for each of us. He played an hour tonight while I read my book. We have one child.

He plays for about 2 hours 2 or 3 nights a week when the rest of us are in bed. And he usually plays with the kids for an hour or so at the weekend. So not a problem at all.

My husband games, usually a few hours a night. He also plays football, cricket and cycles. I also play games and have other hobbies.

People these days spend over 4 hours scrolling on their phones.
