Me and my ex boyfriend and little girls dad recently split up and did a week no contact we came in to contact again and agreed we missed each other but he says we don't need to be anything just now we can just work on things and see where it goes the energy I am getting from him is he's so uninterested do you think I should just leave it. It's draining.

You will heal faster by having as little to do with him as possible.
Sort out the childcare rota & maintenance, & discuss nothing with him but your child's needs.
