My ex is employed, they’ve tracked him, written to him twice and the 14 day deadline expired yesterday. They said they will now progress it without him, but what does this mean exactly? I don’t understand why he’s ignored it as he was adamant he wasn’t the father during my pregnancy and I thought he would want the test via cms? Struggling financially now and as he’s quite a tricky character I worry he will try and get out it this and perhaps that’s why he hasn’t spoken to them. Any help I’d be grateful.
