Self centred friend? Cut off?

How do you all deal with self centred friends?!

Friend of 15 years..its becoming more and more apparent how self centred she is - with every big life event our friendship group goes through (we are at the age of engagements, first babies, weddings)... every conversation somehow manages to circle back to her and what she's got going on with not a shit given for anyone else (she's pregnant at the moment and absolutely insufferable, no conversation can go without mention of the fact she's up the duff)
There's various other things I could go into aswell but I fear they would be identifiable on here

Am I being unreasonable in really wanting to distance myself from her?
2023 is the year I want to cut any crap people from my life but I guess i want insight from others how they would deal with someone like this
