Hello mates!
Happy new year:)

I have been looking for professional help, a psychiatrist or psychologist to be precise. However, I cannot afford therapy.
Does anyone know free counseling or therapy?
Either of mode works, telephonic or in person or email.
Please do suggest, I am in dire need of professional help.

Location: India

I won't mind the location of the therapist as long as they are okay with providing global support.

Wouldn’t you be better off seeing what’s available to you in India, via your equivalent of a GP, local health authority etc? What languages do you speak, for instance? The only free sources of therapy I can think off here are via trainees on the path to accreditation/qualification, or via workplaces’ Employee Assistance Scheme.
