Not sure if posting in the right place?
Just after information please. Cafcass have reallocated me a new case worker, therefore pushing the court date back to provide their findings to the court. They have reallocated a new case worker due to conflict of interest. I have tried to contact my case worker but they are never around to speak to me. What would this conflict if interest be and mean?

Could be that the case worker knows someone in your family or you have friends in common or they have worked with someone in your ex's network before...it could be many things. It's not worth worrying about too much.

Related to one of your neighbours or someone you know?
Shes dating your ex?

Thankyou. This has been going on for 2 years and I've not as of yet spoken to a caseworker as they are never available to talk and never get back to me when I request a call back
