My DP of over a decade compared me unfavourably to a younger woman he met at an event, and I'm struggling to get over it.

If you've experienced similar, what helped you move past this?

Was it intentional or unintentional?

What exactly did he say to you?

My husband of nearly 2 decades has this year started going on social media.

He got a private message from some woman he was playing chess with on an online site, who lives near us, her asking to 'arrange games together (online) and to discuss' - this is shorthand version - her message was more desperate!!

He at first pretended she was a 'guy', but her name is female.

I do not like this, but feel like I am being controlling telling him to block her and to watch who he accepts messages from.
