I want to end my marriage

We've been married 13 years. I'm miserable.

We've moved in the last 6 months. Massive mortgage. 2 small children. I have a job until July.

I feel so utterly trapped. I've tried everything, we've done counselling, it's just not working. We've come away for s few days, been here an hour and it's already horrible.

Could you tell us what exactly makes you miserable in your marriage?

DueyCheatemAndHow · 26/11/2022 16:43

We just can't communicate anymore. Constantly fighting. We don't seem to understand each other. He said he's tired of me threatening it so let's just do it. I'm so afraid and I feel so alone

@DueyCheatemAndHow

If it's horrendous I would just go home I wouldn't stay away and I'd rather be on my own than be miserable 😩 life is too short and If you aren't happy what's the point??

If you are wanting to make your marriage work Have you tried ‘seven principles of making your marriage work’.

It talks about communication and the four horsemen of the apocalypse and importantly it gives you exercises to do together.

I read it regularly as I think it’s a fantastic relationship book.

It’s currently 99p as a kindle book on Amazon.
