Partner hygiene

I've been with my partner for a year now and his level of hygiene is bugging me. I am constantly aware of when he uses the loo he doesn't wash his hands and he doesn't like having a shower everyday. We have talked about it several times and he knows it upsets me and a massive turn off. Nothing changes. I had been single for years and wanted to do everything to fix this relationship. Starting to feel like I should be single and maybe alot of men are hygiene challenged

Thank you everyone for your views. It feels tough at times as part of me loves him and we have a laugh together. Will be sad to see the end of the relationship but maybe that's what will happen.

This relationship is one where you tell him what is important to you, and he completely ignores it.

It doesn't matter how much you laugh or whatever because this isn't about pros and cons. This is about how he considers the relationship and how he values you.

You have spent a year having sex with him when you felt disgusted because you were making an effort, and he has spent a year disgusting you because he doesn't care what you feel.

Then are plenty of men out there to have a laugh with who clean themselves and actually take pride in their appearance. 1000s literally!

Ditch this dirty bird and find a clean one.
