Lost Attraction

I no longer feel attracted or sexually attracted to my DH. Will this come back? I feel awful saying that but I don’t have any control over that. We have two young children.

It's really hard when they are young. I think sometimes I'm just in survival mode and don't feel it. But then it does come back, there are moments where we connect.

I really don’t know why. I feel quite lonely in my marriage. I feel like we are just two people that live in the same house and parent our children.
