Has anyone tried this? Has it been useful? I went online to find a venue close to my area but there are none unfortunately. It can be done online but, I spend a lot of time alone as it is and would prefer a group thing. You know, “real people”?

Thanks for anyone who can advise.

I haven't done it in a group but I did do it online which I didn't find particularly helpful if I'm honest. Some of it didn't match my experience but that's just me. Doing it in a group face to people I think is much more beneficial and would help things to 'click' more.

I did it through WA, by the time I did it I didn't find it useful as I already learned the hard way.

I made my teen dds do it online though.

I have noticed that it has made a positive difference with them.

Thank you. I think I’ll try to find something group based, locally.

I did it in person (including some via Zoom due to Corona) and it was fab to meet so many women who understood.

My ex (abusive FWB) only did some things, mainly sexual coercion, so I hadn't experienced all of it but it was still interesting to learn about and will probably help me identify abusive behaviours if they're exhibited by future partners.

I looked over the course/book online and just doing that wouldn'tve been the same at all.

@OldFan Thanks. That’s what I thought.
