Boyfriend has semen stains in boxer when coming home from work. We are not having sex at the minute as I am recovering from an operation. Only happens on random occasions. Is this normal? For reference, he has cheated before but I am not sure if he is this time. Just looking for a plausible reason…

I'm not avidly checking and I would admit if that was so but I do the washing and it was quite a lot of white stains along the front crotch area. It was hard to miss iykwim. Just seeing if there was maybe a plausible reason why like female discharge I suppose.
