Do vasectomies work?

My partner had a vasectomy about 15 years ago as his ex wife said she did not want any more children. He has regrets and would like more children. I know it sounds stupid but could I possibly get pregnant even though he has had a vasectomy or would he need to try and have it reversed?

It's incredibly incredibly unlikely you'd get pregnant- especially after so long and of he's had clear tests since, he would need to get it reversed

DH had one about 12 years ago and I've never got pregnant. He'd definitely need it reversed.

Reversed or he has direct sperm retrieval from his testes and they use that for IUI or IVF for you.

My dh had a vasectomy a few years ago. Once he did his samples and got it confirmed there was no sperm we stopped using contraception.

He would need a reversal for you to get pregnant
