I don't see what's wrong with it? Doesn't necessarily mean sex, could've just meant creeping in so that nobody will hear. The boy bit, well it's a joke. My dh will sometimes joke about himself saying 'I've been a good boy' if he's done something good in work etc, but we both know it's a joke!
