Someone who just dropped me after a couple of years in a relationship ?
Cold, silent and hurtful after arguments.
Selfish, a little nasty and sinister at times.
Wonderfully loving and caring other times.
I'm relieved it's over in many ways and I won't go back but I need to strengthen up and shore up my
Boundaries for the future.
I gave way too much and was dropped like a hot potato when I needed him.
Thanks

Google Baggage Reclaim. Not sure if it’s what you’re looking for but there’s a huge amount of very good material on there.

I've been through very similar to you. I found educating myself on behaviour traits helped me a lot. It's been very hard and the silent treatment is awful but in time it does get easier and you reflect back without rose tinted glasses. Plus the relief it's over and you don't have to put up with it anymore does hit you and you breathe a sigh of relief.
