Cms, will I not be paid?

Ex won’t communicate so I need to claim unfortunately. Last I knew he earned 95k. No idea if he still does. He works in nhs.

I was reading the boards and pretty much everyone saying cms don’t work and won’t get a penny etc. Is this true? What else can I do?

If he is paye, then it will come out directly from his wages. I think the problem is when someone is self employed and fiddles the books to try and say they aren't earning much.

If he works in the NHS then I’m assuming he isn’t self employed so I don’t see why a claim wouldn’t be successful. It costs £20 just go for it, nothing to lose - everything to gain
