Hostile, crappy day

Just a rant really!! Yet again another day where tension has been high. My other half has been in such a mood. We when for what should have been a lovely nature walk with our DC but yet again his uptight attitude and rudeness brought it down!
walking along he can not for the life of him ever want to walk with me. He will always stay 10 paces ahead or so. I made a purposeful effort to stay by his side, but no. Off he goes. We can’t even talk as we walk. He doesn’t like stopping for anything. He doesn’t even like the kids exploring or taking, he will actually tell them not to stop and walk off from them of they fall behind. Anything that came out of his mouth today was hostile! It got to a point where some how I ended up infront him as I’d crossed a road before him, so I waited for him to catch up and he didn’t walk to me, he walked straight past me at speed like I was invisible! We haven’t even argued about anything. I told him that he was being really rude and his answer is no I’m not, it’s just what you think.
Later today we went for a meal, same again, wouldn’t talk to me, was uptight, trying to make the kids rush their food. Because he was finished he expected everyone else to be done. I asked him, once home, what was up because yet again he’s being really hostile and yet I get a “nothing, it’s all in your head” but then continues not to talk to me. This isn’t just an off day either - he treats us like this all too often!

I’m sorry you’ve had a bad day and are feeling fed up, it’s rubbish! Big hugs I hope you can find a way to express to him how you’re feeling
