How do you react when you see exes new partner... when you still have feelings for him?

Partner left and went off with a new gf. I've not bumped into them yet but it's very likely that our paths will cross. Ex is a dick but we were together many years and had kids together. The pain is still pretty raw.

In my mind, I'd like to punch them straight between the eyeballs!! LOL!

Has anyone got any good tips or had to go through with a similar situation?

Happened to me many years ago. I felt like I was going to pass out. I walked away from them and went straight home.

Just blank them with a smile on your face , like they are totally irrelevant to you . If you don’t want him back , you could always thank her for doing you the favour of taking him on and wish her good luck .

Try not to react at all. Tight smile and move on then vent to your friend later to get it out your system.
