So I fell out of love with DP about one year ago (possibly more) and the last few months have been unbearable - I have so much anxiety with him being here.

We have DD who is 13.

Well this evening he asked what was up and it all came out. He just said ok - He has now left - albeit temporary I’m sure…I feel lighter but Christ - what now?!

Deep breath, cup of tea or coffee and can you confide in someone in RL or would that make it feel too real?

I’m sorry, even though you’ve fallen out of love, it’s still hard and upsetting for you.
Agree with pp, speak to people in rl and let them know what’s going on.
Both give each other space. He has a lot to try come to terms with so he will probably have questions for you soon but right now take a deep breath and try rest tonight. Tomorrow think about what you want for your life and when you are both ready, talk about how to move forward together but apart for your dd.
