Help me keep strong

After much heart ache and trying to find the strength to leave, I finally have! DP is the most manipulative fucker I've ever known. He's always managed to lure me in and made me feel awful for wanting to leave. There's been cheating on his part which I've tried to forgive but I really cannot. Please help me be strong and not buckle for my mental health.

Feeling exactly the same. Been through hell and back and he has also left now but after putting up with emotional and some physical abuse dont know where to begin 😞Solidarity and support your way ❤️

Make a list of all the terrible things he has done and any time you have a moment of weakness read back through the list. I found this really helped me stay strong.
