Lack of motivation

My husband seems to have no motivation or desire to do anything other than being on his phone constantly looking at sports. Hes always dragging his feet and moaning about being so tired. We have a daughter so I like to keep her busy- it's summer her and that's almost over so I want to be outside and adventure. At this point I've started doing things again like with her because I don't feel like dragging him anywhere. I also wish he'd have more motivation in playing with our daughter- seems to be so much for him to take time out of his day to play with her. I have to remind him....are you going to play with soph? It's been a couple of days....
Wish he'd have more of a desire to also have more of career growth. In the last couple of years I've climbed the ladder in my career. He's just been stagnant. I don't know if he doesn't believe in himself to make some kind of career move.

If he could only spend the time he does on his phone with things that are more productive...
