Changing pregnancy care due to house move??

Moving house at 7 months pregnant. Will they transfer me to another hospital? I’m already anxious about it all and feel I don’t have much time to get to know a new midwife

I moved at 6m and it was fine. They want the whole set of notes and I got an extra scan out of it as those don't transfer easily.
