No good will come of this.

If you suspect him, the relationship is doomed.

Protect yourself.

Crack on if you want to ruin your marriage and guarantee divorce/pushing him into the arms of another woman. Honeytrap? FFS.

Maybe try talking to him about the state of your marriage and what you can both do to improve it, if anything, or how you can split amicably if not.

ladydimitrescu · 13/08/2022 00:46

Please don't "honeytrap" him.
If you're considering that, it's already over.
Just end it instead of wasting your time.

An old acquaintance of mines went to prison for her part in a honeytrap set up. Don't even go there. Just leave if you're even considering doing something so drastic.

What part of honeytrapping is illegal? The actual police do it to gain information

Coyoacan · 13/08/2022 00:56

Nothing you find out against him will make any difference to the divorce settlement. Better to aim for some type of amiable agreement, especially if there are children involved.

EmmiJay · 13/08/2022 01:05

@ihatethenewlook The part where the guy she set up died from the injuries the other set in this honeytrap inflicted on him. Not saying someone will die BUT you never know how people might react. Its risky shit.

Does anyone remember the penguin park date?

Annabananna1 · 13/08/2022 15:40

Probably easier to look through his phone if you suspect he is up to no good on Facebook. Look for other social networking apps and websites.

Really? But it involved a crime or something right? Not just pretending to be an interested woman online then telling the partner?

EmmiJay · 14/08/2022 00:08

No it didn't involve a crime🥴 She had stepped out of a relationship and the boyfriend found out. The rest you can guess.

She went to prison but didn't commit a crime... ok then.

MrsTerryPratchett · 14/08/2022 00:18

I really can't.

EmmiJay · 14/08/2022 00:28

@welwellhelloitsme I mean in the sense for the whole reason for the honeytrap. It was a love triangle gone wrong. And yes, you can guess what happened next because I said what happened up thread. The guy died.

Well yes but you said your friend went to prison for her part then said she didn't commit a crime.

Which obviously makes no sense 🤷🏻‍♀️

jd88123 · 14/08/2022 00:43

@EmmiJay how was it a love triangle if if was a honey trap? The whole idea of a honey trap is to fake someone liking someone in a relationship to catch them out?
Is anyone else confused by this "story?"
