So I’ve known him for a year. Always had slightly flirty banter with him. He’s been trying it on for a while, and about 4 weeks ago I succumbed. It was great fun, and has carried on, I feel very flattered. Friday night he said that he had feelings for me, wants to look after me etc. He said he hoped that I wasn’t just thinking of him as a joke to tell my friends as he is in a young man in a trade, whilst I work in a senior sales role. Reassured him not the case at all, and I rarely let men into my bed. Told him I did not joke about it, he’s a clever bloke; very charismatic, how flattered I was. We talked loads, very different backgrounds and worlds but have always just connected through conversation. Agreed that we should go out for meal - meet friends etc. Then he went to work, now he’s not in touch at all. WTF is going on ? I even made him a packed lunch 😂

Not in touch after how long? What are we talking, minutes, hours or days? Falling for you and wants to take care of you 🙄. Have fun but don’t fall for the flannel of a guy you hardly know. Woman give your head a wobble and return to the real world.

Yeah I agree with the PP... you posted this at 12:30ish... are you flapping because he hasn't text you for a few hours whilst at work? When I'm at work, I usually go the whole day with texting my DP because it doesn't really look good to have my phone out when I'm working.

He's the much younger one so why is it you acting like a teenager?

Chill out, I'm sure all is fine.

Thank you both - I needed a reality check.
