whats your experience of dating them?
Obviously I’m not tarring them all!..
Following on from another thread I’ve always preferred to date a man with no children (because selfishly I don’t have)
However the last 3, with no children have been hard work. They were man babys, soon became quite lazy/reliant..selfish..have I just been unlucky?!

I think you will certainly find childless men in the late 30s / early 40s who for whatever reason are desperately looking to start a family, but it’s just not happened for them (in the same way you see women on this forum who feel that have missed the boat), but obviously men cannot have children solo in the way women can.

And I know there are plenty of men who will actively avoid women with younger children as they don’t want the possible ‘ex’ ‘babysitter issues’ ‘kids party’s’ etc getting in the way, Either, people are just people after all

I had 2 kids with him!

I don't think early 40s is necessarily that late to be settling down. In DP's case his longest standing previous relationship was with someone who already had kids and didn't want more.
