Hi,
So I need some help on where I stand please. Me and my partner have broken up and the house is up for sale. I’ve been emotionally beaten down and today I thought we’d cleared the air and could live in peace until the house was sold.
Unfortunately tonight he’s come home after a few drinks started to be nice and now being nasty again . I can’t live like this much longer but if I move out the house I’m worried I’ll lose control over the sale or he’ll drag his heels and the sale will go on for longer.
Tbh I don’t even know where I’d go as I can’t afford anywhere else but my mental health is rock bottom with his change in personality towards me.

Can anyone please give advice on what I could do?

Oh my darling I'm so sorry you are in this situation.
I don't have any fantastic advice but could you call Shelter and see if they could advise you?

Do you have kids together?

I know you don't want to leave because of your reasoning up there but staying there with him blowing hot and cold isn't going to help your mental health at all

@Rosie19901 im so sorry you’re going through this, it’s sounds really tough. You will get through it, you will feel better again. Right now you are just getting through this.
Im not sure what the answer to your question is. Do you feel safe there with him? I recommend you contact women’s aid for support and advice tomorrow. Number one priority is safety. If you stop feeling safe call police for help, and arrange to go to a friends house if possible 💐
