Husband watching porn

I'm sure most men do and I will also now and again but my hubby watching porn has started to become an everyday thing and I'm not sure if this OK or too much now? He says it's because he feels frequently horny and sexually excited. I don't really mind as it does not affect anything in the bedroom with us but just wondering if his porn habit is too much?

Not all men watch porn. Just the ones that do try and normalise it by telling you that all men do it.
It's up to you if this bothers you, even once would be enough for me to show my OH the door.
Can't imagine ever finding him sexually attractive again if I found out he was a porn wanker 🤢

I'm sure my DH watches porn now and then. He just wouldn't have the time to do it every day! Like many others I don't mind as long as its discrete and doesn't affect our love life.

Once in a while might just be OK but every day??

I am not sure how much is ok/enough is a fair question.
If you say it doesn’t affect your sex life, and you didn’t mind whatever frequency of watching he used to have - why do you really care?
I do think men’s libido increases in the summer months - I think iI has to do with more visual stimulation. Women in winter coats Vs summer dresses, etc.

Sometimes you're better to just not know what goes on in men's minds. I think if we really knew, we'd never share our love and beauty with them again.

If your hubby started drinking every day as opposed to when he was simply in the mood for one would you think that was an issue? It sounds like it's becoming a dependency to me.

I'm sure he's frequently horny - as he's getting huge dopamine hits from watching and masturbating to porn on a daily basis. He's basically rewiring his brain to get aroused by porn, and this can lead to addictive behaviours.

Porn overuse can contribute to issues such as ED further down the road.

Not all men watch porn but this is often trotted out by people trying to justify either their own or someone else's behaviour.

My dh doesn't watch porn and is actually repulsed by it due to the exploitation of women and links with human trafficking etc
He always says that they're not exactly subjects that turn him on!

Recently found porn on my husbands phone search history and that hes been using it most days.. like 3, 4 or 5 days a week. Our sex life and relationship has been a bit distant of late and i was worried something was troubling my husband hence why i checked his phone which I never have before. It has upset me and i dont know how to feel about it im currently pregnant with our second child and feel a bit upset by it all.. i dont know what to do or if its normal hes looking at it so much. I dont mind porn as such its just the amount hes watching and the fact our own sex life isnt great. Any advice welcome

There's different kinds of porn these days

Not just the type you SUSPECT is full of trafficked or abused women.

There's plenty of women making their own and getting paid well for it.

And then there's the porn made by men for men.... if they fancy something a little different

if you are aware of once a day, then it is probably more. It is an addition, and it is impacting you so he needs to stop and may need help to do so. It maybe just a high libido but it can lead to so many problems - ED, AGP, getting more and more extreme to get aroused.

I dont want him to know i saw it on his phone though as i feel bad for looking but the porn has been going on for over a year at least.. the search history only goes back a year 😮he was even doing it on christmas day last year ive no idea how he got the time
