Hormones?

Hi.
I'm 17F and my partner/ex is 22M and I have recently broke up with him because I feel like I don't love him anymore.
I'm not sure if this is a real feeling or if it's just pregnancy hormones. We were so inlove before pregnancy and never argued. I am 16 weeks pregnant.

He reacted very angrily/upset when I broke up with him over message and he sent nasty voice messages saying he didn't want the baby and that I'm going crazy and used me not seeing my dad as a way of saying I should know how it feels. I guess it was just heat of the moment, as it's natural to say stuff you don't mean when you're angry. I spoke to him the same day about how I was feeling and he said it was just pregnancy hormones and to ride it out. Over the pregnancy I stopped wanting him to cuddle me when we slept, everything he did annoyed me and gave me the ick.

He was such a caring and loving boyfriend, he would surprise me every time he finished work with either my favourite sweets or something for the baby. He'd buy me flowers every month on the day we got together, he called me pretty everyday and told me he loved me all day. He would plan spontaneous days out together and pay for everything.

I invited him to the gender scan but uninvited him an hour later because I thought it would be too awkward because it was only him coming from his side as they all had covid.

Both of our mums get on really well together.

I met him a couple days ago but I told him we are never getting back together.

What should I do? Is this pregnancy hormones? I would like to hear other lady's perspectives of similar situations.

Thanks in advance x
