What should I say to women's aid for help with housing?

Hi, I've been posting about my partner being horrible to me a lot and some women here and irl have pointed out he is emotionally abusive and a bully. I have no where to go and I don't know how to get help.

I emailed women's aid as I am a bit nervous to call and the woman there replied that I can get a support worker type person and advice on how to stay in my home safely.

The problem is, partner would never leave as he is the one paying the rent anyway even though both our names are on the tenancy agreement (I pay other bills as I am a sahm)

Also the rent on our apartment has gone up from £1500 to £1700 which I will obviously could never afford and housing benefit wouldn't cover that or be able to help.

I'm so lost. Every time I panic like this I feel I will be stuck with him forever.
