Can't cope after break up

Hi. My ex and I broke up 3 days ago and we have 6 month old baby. I didn't see her Friday, Friday night or yesterday as I had work. I now feel I can't cope with her tonight. I'm scared she'll forget me and this'll affect her. I feel so numb and like I can't do anything or move.
How can this be helped

Hello. Sounds obvious but time. It all takes time. I'm 13 weeks out my breakup and at first I was feeling like I couldn't function without him. I was grieving and sad and didn't see the point. This is so raw for you.

In terms of the baby. They don't tend to think or remember much anyway. Overtime you will get into a routine and baby will grow and learn you are who you are and they will remember that and learn that. Don't fret right now. Just try and get some sleep. Exercise. Cry. Talk to people who you feel you can. It's natural to feel like you do. But in 6 weeks time you'll feel different. In 3 months you'll feel even more different.

One day at a time.

Thank you so much.
I feel so depressed today. Not sure how i can look after my baby like this. He's the same as me. I can barely speak to anyone, it's too much effort to talk

So normal. Its raw and early days. Its really at this stage about taking the days slowly. Please try go for a walk or something to clear your mind. Have a good cry. Write down your feelings.. keep a journal. Watch YouTube videos. Try whatever you can to give yourself some self love.
