Podcast recommendations for navigating separation/divorce

DH and I have been married for 21 years. We’re both fed up of each other and he’s threatened to go multiple times in the past 10 years.

We’ve already spoken at the end of the very first lockdown about selling the house, splitting the proceeds and living apart - and it’s come up a couple of times since so I think we’re both on the same wavelength.

Youngest goes off to uni in September and after that there’s no need to continue walking on eggshells and putting up with DH’s blow ups. Once DD goes, I’ll take him at his word and get it done.

My question is - are there any good podcasts you would recommend for how to navigate this please?

I’ve been listening to Selfwork podcast by Dr Margaret Rutherford. It’s American.
I used it a lot in the early days, but it’s more about the emotional side of things in a relationship.

The divorce/separation section on here may offer practical advice.

I also had a free consultation with a solicitor which reassured me on the financial side of things.
