I need some advice. I'm not physically or mentally well. I work from home/self employed.

I need to leave today. I have no family and no friends locally.

I'm packing. What do I need/not need? I'll stay at a hotel, health wise, it will be a struggle even in a taxi to get there.

Could really use advice right now.

I would take birth certificates etc, any HMRC, bank and insurance paperwork. Non critical stuff you can leave and just need for reference numbers etc take photos of instead.
All bank cards, any chequebooks. Any important photos.
If you have a calender on the wall you use, take that.
Laptop if you have one.
Then pack as if you're going on holiday for a week.
Decent shoes and coat, the weather will change
