Can you use the same solicitor one a no fault divorce?

Just that really. I think we’re agreed on financial settlement and kids, so it’s all mostly amicable. Neither of us wants to spend loads on legal fees and as we’re agreed it’s not necessary. We’re aiming to go down the road of a joint application for a no fault divorce. Can we use the same solicitor to keep fees down? We’ll need the actual divorce sorting and paperwork drawing up confirming what we’ve agreed between us. TIA.

There are companies that do this, one is called amicable, but there's others out there. Or just get a solicitor to draw up the consent order and do the rest yourself. Definitely options there.

My divorce was amicable. I used a solicitor and my ex didn't since we had agreed everything ourselves anyway.

Yes you can, we used a the same solicitor for our amicable divorce, we had to use their mediation service as part of the process.
