Mortgage Transfer through!

Just need to share and put out positivity, this forum has been a support network to me and I know some are at the beginning of their journey and it may offer hope!

My exdp left at Christmas, an affair and the predictive dramas have ensued!

After begging and borrowing and working my back side off to secure my kids home, I have today received my mortgage offer for me to take our (mine) house over solely.

Contracts are being drafted and should be ready next week, all he has to do is sign. That maybe another battle, but it will be the last.

I can then move on and rebuild and not have his influence over me, what a release! I have worked so hard Through the most stressful period of my life, all he has to do is sign. Pen to paper, sign and I'm free!

I will own a home for my children to grow in being happy and secure. I will be able to decide who comes and goes and not have to feel it as a threat over my head.

I'm actually shaking. Nerves. Will he fight me again, will he sign easily and just write off 15 years in 30 seconds. I have no idea but the thought of this being potentially over by the end of the month fills me with elation!
