Met online 12 months ago, thought all was going well. Just logged onto OLD to delete my account, which previously I just had hidden, he was online. I feel so stupid.

Well you’ve still had an acc despite meeting 12 months ago?! Most would have deleted it a long time before then if they was in a relationship sounds like it’s casual?

Yeah we’ve had the exclusive chat and the love you chat. 40 years old and feeling a bit stupid. Pick my head up and move on.

Maybe he was online as he was closing his account and was telling someone that he had met the love of his life.

Either talk it out with him or make another account with a very attractive photo and contact him.

12 months in I think I'd be inclined to do the latter. Its a shame to blow up a good relationship if it's innocent but you do want to know.

I'd still ask him. Sometimes things I'm on at work say people are online when they are not /have not been online for X amount of time when I have just been talking on a teams meeting with them. .. glitch in the Matrix

If it's been good that you were just planning g to delete your own account, it seems a shame to leave him without checking he doesn't have an explanation. But do it face to face so you can see his reaction and he can explain immediately., not have time to make up an excuse

Don't agree with this. Lots of people will uninstall the app rather than deleting full profile

Unlikely was on just at the same time deleting his, I'd tell him you saw him online, but I think the trust would be gone now.
Did you have a feeling he might of been on there?
