😮

I mean its an awful thing to say. But I doubt the police will remove him for that.

Probably best to just end it in the cold light of day.

^^ this - when he's got a roaring hangover

Do you live together under a joint tenancy or is to your place? If it's your place use this time to pack up any of things he has there and then boot kick him out in the morning. If it's a joint tenancy, then work out whether you can either pay for the rent on your own whether you can remove yourself from the tenancy. A longer process, but worth it by the sounds of it.

PinkSyCo · 27/04/2022 05:25

Get his stuff together and tell him to go this morning. If he refuses, then you can call the police.

Bananalanacake · 27/04/2022 07:14

Does he live there too, if not much easier to get rid of him

Shoxfordian · 27/04/2022 08:22

Is it your house? Tell him it’s over this morning

Herejustforthisone · 27/04/2022 15:20

How did it go? 😬

DeskInUse · 27/04/2022 15:42

Hopefully the op owns the tenancy or house and has had him removed

Cinnamongirlinthesand · 27/04/2022 17:39

Well done, @Cinnamongirlinthesand

Did he ever have access to your house-keys? If so change your locks.

Also if he has access to any passwords (banking, email, router, Amazon, Netflix, etc make sure you change those too.

Finally if applicable, ensure you claim your 25% single occupier council tax discount (you should be able to do this online) ASAP. Onwards and upwards. 🌹
