Hookupsitesreview? It's in DP's emails and he says it's spam?

My DP (15 years in) asked me to sign up to something for him. We were both sitting there. In his 'spam' section of his email were emails from "hookupsitesreview" .

He said he has no idea and never signed up to it, but he had to click on the 'unsubscribe' button.

Does it mean anything? Has he signed up to it??

Quite likely he's telling the truth. Most people get tons of that kind of spam and sites that are sleazy often don't bother being particularly scrupulous about data protection, etc. I can't guarantee bes being nothing but honest, but it's entirely plausible. If he actually had been using the sites, he'd have password emails and it probably wouldn't go to spam.

I get spam emails in my junk asking if I want a Thai bride alongside emails saying I'm entitled to a Nigerian lottery win. I wouldn't give it a second thought.

I get crap like this in my junk folder .
I also get spam emails about viagra. I've never signed up to any sites like it .

If you tried to figure out who I was from my spam, you'd think I was a man after a Russian bride, a penis enlargement, free packs of Lenor and that I would buy NFTs and bitcoin because Jeremy Clarkson said to.

If it was in his spam, it's junk.

The inbox would be a whole other story.

DH has got a Yahoo email and he gets about 20 a day. It drove me mad and I went to Gmail instead.

I just had a quick look at my yahoo spam. I've got dozens of dating and hookup emails. I also seem to have changed gender sone they are all 'Lucy wants to meet you....'
Please don't worry about it

If its in spam then do NOT click unsubscribe. It lets the scammers know it is an active email account and they can sell it for a higher price to other scammers. Dont reward them.

apparently my Russian bride is waiting my penis needs enlarging my apple iphone (im android) is repaired and on its way! as long as i pay... my bank "loyd" needs to talk to me about moving my money around and ive been caught wanking on camera and need to pay or they will send the footage to all my contacts

also my antivirus ran out YESTERDAY and i need to give them my card details or i will be EXPOSED
