How many times a week?

Wondering how many times a week you and your partner do the deed? Myself and my husband are usually quite active but we haven’t in 10 days. We have both been going through a hard time but in the past this has never upset our sex life. Should I be worried?

Every relationship is different, some go weeks/months whereas others find a few days unusual.

I spoke to him he says I’m overreacting. I’m very insecure and asked if if there was someone else and he very much told me no and told me not to ask again as it was a silly question

Every couple is different, but I'd say 10 days is not a long time. There are a million reasons why this may be happening though, so I'd speak to your partner. Try approaching it from 'i'm worried about us and this change - why do you think it might be happening? I love you and would like to work things out and help/support you if there's something going on' Rather than asking them if they are sleeping with someone else.
