Difficult sister

Really struggling with my relationship with my sister. She doesn't seem interested in anything we do, will never ask about things we've done, what kids have done etc. IRL or on social media (when I know she's seen photos). We have 1 child same age, but never congratulates their achievements and feel like I can't mention in case she thinks I'm boasting.
How's best to handle?

How old are the DC?

How was your relationship with her before you both had DC?

Probs need a bit more info here, but from your post she could be suffering from stress/depression.

She probably isn't on social media as much as you. Do you see each other?

Both 8. I think you could be right, theres more too it. She's never been very sociable and difficult to make conversation, can be very negative about everything, but we got on ok before children.
