Break-up

How do you break up with someone you live with? I've been with my partner for over 9 years, we have a beautiful daughter 9 months old but my god he's a lazy so-in-so. He's barely done any of the parenting, works 2 hours 4 days a week (3pm-5pm) and mainly sleeps all day, plays video games, spends all our money on a Yu-Gi-Oh mobile card game (like over £100 and I'm worried how to feed us all as we don't have much money) recently found out he also smokes weed in our living room at night storing it in baby bottles (it's illegal in the UK) doesn't go to until past 4am. I don't have money nor family to move out and it's his parents flat so can't kick him out and he won't leave. I'm completely stuck with this lazy layabout who can't seem to grow up and be a parent even when I'm begging him with tears running down my face because I feel so overwhelmed!!!
