Is this a red flag?

I've been seeing someone for about 3 months. Ive known him a while and actually know his family. We both split up with our partners only at the end of last year so started seeing each other pretty quick.
We haven't told anyone yet (I've told a few closest friends) as we wanted to make sure it was serious and didn't want people thinking we're on the rebound etc.
Is it a red flag that he's not told anyone? He said he's thinking very soon we should but I don't know?

If you’ve only told a few close friends, I think it is fine that he hasn’t told anyone yet. Men often have different friend relationships than women.

Once you have agreed that you are more “officially” a couple and are seen together amongst your friends and family, if he doesn’t also tell his friends and family, that would be a ‘red flag’.

I don’t understand. You said you have agree not to tell anyone and stated why. So how could this be a red flag? Confused

Were you friends with Ex partners? I.e will it be a messy situation

Don't think its a red flag, more caution from him on being outed.

You haven't told anyone either. Maybe you're the red flag.

Confused

You split up with previous partners only a few months ago. Why does this need to be serious before anyone knows? Surely you're just a couple of people having some fun and friends.woumd be pleased for you?

Something that has to be secret is rarely good for those involved. For me, the red flag is that you're thinking about it being serious so soon.

Not a red flag 🚩
People go slow and proceed with caution after divorce

I wouldn’t see it as a red flag.
You’ve not been together very long and you both agreed not to tell anyone. When you’re ready talk to each other about telling others
