Met someone from OLD.
He is ridiculously tall. He's also really big, think Anthony Joshua build.
I'm 5ft 4 and I honestly feel ridiculous standing next to him.
We both liked each other and want to see each other again.
I'm just worried about the looks and comments we may get...

I think when you are all y'all it is more noticeable. Nobody thinks that it is unusual for a woman to be shorter than a man. Our family are 5'10, 6' 1, 6'3", 6'6 and 6'7". Shortest 3 are female. We do get looked at and recently at Gatwick, a couple of staff remembered us from flying pre Covid!
The only disadvantages I can think of if relationship is serious is that children can be very tall and my 6'3" DD hated her height until she was about 17. And clothes are a nightmare. Inside legs range from 35 to 38" , sleeves are never long enough and they are all also slim so 38" leg length with 34" waist is not that easy to buy for on a budget. Also shoe sizes range from 10 to 14!!

When I started dating my ex husband we were 14 years old and identical height, he grew up to 6ft 4, I stopped at 5ft 2! Never bothered either of us, but learned to naturally walk very fast and could run well wearing heels! Honestly never a problem. Our daughter however is 20 and 5ft 6 boyfriend is the same height so she complains she can never wear heels when in a night out with him unless she sits down all night!!
