Hi I’ll try & keep to the point. Been together 19yrs, since age 17 & 19. 3 kids, 11,8 & 2. A morgatge .
Hubby is too fond of the drink, gotten worse the past 12 months. I’ve had enough.
We’ve chatted, he’s promised to chance etc but never does for more than a few days/weeks.
He’s very it’s just house too & im the unhappy one etc, never mind it been caused by his alcohol abuse.
so he won’t go.
I need to get advice & start preparations to leave/get him to leave.
I guess first step is finding a solicitor- is it as simple as googling & picking one?
Could I have a y chance of keeping the home? Will o need to buy him out or sell completely?
He won’t make it easy,
Any advice would be good,
